Compared to a few other, this mount seems well constructed. Note that the mounting area for handlebars is carved out to fit. This is perfect for h-bar systems like Most Talon Ultra where this area is not flat and some others ARE flat and will not fit. My only concern is that having a camera and head-unit mounted out there, the arm of this mount will tend to act like a spring causing video issues. It would be an easy mod (one the MFG should adopt, to add two small screw holes closer in, to mount a standard camera mount. This would ensure little to know divingboard flex. Overall this is a pretty good value.
