We’ve been burned before ordering a desk online. This one arrived with all parts needed, no damage at all, and wasn’t too bad to put together. It’s surprisingly sturdy and my daughter loves the way it looks too. Win!The price isn't too bad and the quality isn't too bad considering the process point.I chose the desk because it is small, but it still has storage. Plus, it had good reviews over all, including many that listed customer service in a positive light. I'm pleased on all accounts.I received the desk with some minor damage in a back corner and underneath, but if you've bought large items online before, you know there's a pretty good chance there will be some damage since shippers tend to be about speed and not coddling packages.Anyway, inside the box is a paper telling how to contact the seller if you need anything and within an extremely short time (2-3 hours) of emailing them with pictures to save time and they contacted me and offered a partial refund since that's all I asked about.I knew I could easily fix the damage with a furniture stain pen and some glue/furniture staples. No where near as bad as that sounds. Super easy fixes.It took seconds on the back corner and maybe 2 minutes to fix the split on the drawer runner on the bottom that want even structurally needed as far as I could tell. It added a little more strength but not enough to matter.Assembly, even with repairs took about 25 minutes including unpacking and gathering fixing supplies, so this desk is easy to put together. I didn't even really need instructions and that's unusual for me.If you are looking for a cheaper desk for a small space, I would recommend this one. It is mostly MDF, but it's pretty solid for the class this product is in. I was super happy with customer service. They were quick to respond, courteous, and true to there word. The refunded amount was paid back in less than 10 hours of it's promise. For me it was 30 plus tax, but it could be different for you. They base the amount on the type of damage, so take pictures and send with your email to save time and help them as well.This is the second Amazon review I have ever written, and I have bought hundreds of items through Amazon. That’s how much I love this desk! I was looking for a small pink desk for my daughters to use underneath their new loft beds. They are very girly 4 and 6 year olds and specifically asked for pink desks. I took a chance on ordering two of these (even though I almost never buy big items online that don’t include free returns) and I couldn’t be happier!! These desks are absolutely adorable. I bought two and the packaging was great, so I didn’t have any damaged pieces.For some reason I received the first desk a few days ahead of the second even though I ordered them on the same day. I was afraid there had been a mistake and only one was sent so I emailed the seller, and they responded very quickly and provided me a tracking number for the other desk (which had already been shipped, just separately than the other). So A+ for customer service as well.The desks were extremely easy to put together. I timed it and it took 20 minutes from the time I went to bring the box inside to the time it was fully assembled, hutch and all.Lastly the color was a blush pink which went perfectly in my daughters’ newly decorated room. I decorated the hutch with custom gold name decals and gold unicorn and star decals and it came out absolutely perfect.Purchased for my child that is about to go into second grade and has outgrown all the toddler furniture that is in her room. It came earlier than expected. Once arrived it was easy to take from the packaging with simple to follow instructions. The drawers had the knobs installed backwards inside the drawer for easy packaging. It was nice to just unscrew them and put them facing the right side. No searching for the screws or any missing parts. I used wood glue inside the holes before putting the screws in. Past experience showed me this is a good step. It was four legs the body of the desk and the hutch. It took about 30 minutes to put it all together and that was because I had to search for tools!! It is a nice quality desk for the money and she loves it. My only suggestion would be to have more than two sections to put the hutch on. I can see that potentially coming loose in the future with how hard kids can be on furniture. Overall I would recommend this desk for a beginning student!This was just the desk I was looking for. I purchased this desk for my 7 year old daughter's bedroom after upgrading her to a "big girl" room. It was very easy to put together. It took me about 20 minutes. I knew that she was going to be using it to write on, so I had a piece of glass cut for the top and now this desk will last for her entire youth. For the price I paid, the quality is outstanding. The drawers are very small, but they hold her crayons, markers, stickers, and notebooks. She loves the little ledge to display all her knick knacks on. She spends hours at her desk creating art. It's also given her a quiet place to read and work on homework. This is a great desk for children ages 5-12.For the price, this desk is great! I like how it looks in my daughters’ room and it seems sturdy enough. The drawers are small but perfect for writing utensils, trinkets, journal, etc. When I opened the box, there were two pieces in the underbelly of the desk that had become dislodged/detached. I was able to re-secure them back on the tacks and used a little wood glue for added reinforcement. One of the tacks did come out the outer side of the desk but I hammered it back in and will cover with a little bit of caulk or putty. If the desk had been completely intact when it arrived, assembly would have been super easy. You basically just need to screw the legs onto the base and attach the hutch in the back. I imagine this desk will serve its purpose for the next few years as a virtual learning space, so I am happy with my purchase.
